Your AI coachFree beta

See yourself through their eyes.

Siwa is your AI coach. You set it up by inviting the people who know you best. It talks with each of them, shows you one clear, honest picture of yourself, and coaches you from there.

Siwa works in the language you think in. "Tell me more" in fourteen of them:

Human in the loop

AI coach. Human experts behind it.

An executive coach, a health coach and an emotional-health specialist each shape how Siwa listens, what it asks and how it coaches.

Your AI coach

A coach that already knows you

It has talked to your people and read your report. It works with you by voice, on WhatsApp or the web, for as long as you want.

Sample conversation — synthetic

Illustration with synthetic content: a WhatsApp conversation across one day. In the morning the coach follows up on a goal before a hard conversation; in the evening the person reports back, and the coach proposes the next goal for approval.

  • A plan on one page

Your goals, in your words. You approve each one.

  • Goals move with you

Reach one, and it proposes the next.

  • It follows up

A light check-in against your plan. Never a nag.

  • It pushes back

It makes the strongest case against your plan.

  • A say-do ledger

What you said you would do, and what you did.

  • It scores its own calls

Dated predictions about you, marked right or wrong.

  • It shows its hand

It tells you how it is coaching you, and why.

  • One insight a week

Something that connects your work, health and home.

01Set it up

How it works

You set it up by inviting your people.

  1. It interviews you first.

Your life and your work, in your words. About 25 minutes, by voice.

  2. Then it interviews your people.

You invite 3 to 8. Each talks privately, in their own language.

  3. You get to answer.

What several of them see comes back to you as themes. You add your side.

  4. You get a one-page plan.

Built from what holds up. Readable in 30 seconds.

Maya

Hi Omar, Maya is doing a 360 to understand how she comes across, and asked for your perspective. The conversation is run by an AI interviewer on WhatsApp and takes about 15–20 minutes — you can pause and pick up later. To take part, send this code to 360 on WhatsApp: 360‑K7M2PQWhat this is: asksiwa.com/raters18:40

You send the invitations yourself, from your own WhatsApp.

You watch it fill in. You never see who said what.

You track your sleep, your training and your recovery. Now measure how you land on people.

Strengths

  • Sets a clear direction when things are uncertain.
  • Makes people feel they can be straight with you.

Decision speed

How you see it

You see yourself as quick to decide and quick to move on.

How others see it

Others describe fast decisions that sometimes arrive before they've been heard, and would like more room to weigh in on the larger ones.

Your sideOn hiring I move fast on purpose. On pricing they have a point.

Being present

How you see it

You see yourself as fully there when you're with people.

How others see it

People feel your full attention one to one, and notice it drift when the room gets bigger or the phone is on the table.

Your sideFair. The phone is a habit, not a signal.

Asking for help

How you see it

You see yourself as someone who asks when you need something.

How others see it

Others describe someone who offers help easily and almost never asks for it.

Your sideI had not seen this one at all.

Health, if you want it

Your coach can read your body too.

It's optional: if you choose, your sleep, energy and labs can inform the coaching. This is coaching, never medical care.

FAQ

Questions

How long does it take?

About 25 minutes for your own interview, and about 15–20 minutes for each person you invite. Your report is written once at least 3 rater interviews are complete and either everyone has finished or the closing date has passed.

Who sees what?

You see your report. While feedback is being collected, you see who has finished — never individual responses. The people you invite are never told what you said about yourself.

Can I read what each person said?

No. You get a report built from patterns across everything your raters shared; nothing is attributed to anyone or quoted.

What if I disagree with what comes back?

You get to answer. Themes come to you before your plan is built: you add context, correct them or push back, and your side is kept next to theirs.

What do my raters experience?

A personal invitation from you on WhatsApp with a link, a set-up of about a minute, then a private interview on WhatsApp in the language they prefer, by voice or text. The interviewer first gets to know who they are and adapts to how they talk. They can stop and continue later.

What if fewer than 3 finish?

There's no report until at least 3 rater interviews are complete. You can invite more people until the report is written.

Which languages does it work in?

Yours. You and the people you invite each talk in the language you prefer, by voice or text.

Do I need an app?

No. You use WhatsApp or the web. Your raters need WhatsApp and a set-up of about a minute.

Is this therapy?

No. It's coaching, not therapy — a personal development process you choose to do, not an HR, performance or board process.

What about my health information?

Sharing it is optional. If you do, the coach takes it into account as context for coaching, never as medical care.

What does it cost?

Nothing. Siwa is free while it is in beta.

Who should I invite?

People who know you well and will be straight about it: a partner, a close friend, a sibling, a co-founder, people you work with. A mix of home and work gives the fullest picture.

Can my company do this for a team?

Company accounts are coming. Today each 360 is a personal account. Talk to us if you want it for a team.
